Screen printing Basics	Event Type: Class Tuesday, October 21, 2008 - 7:00pm This class will walk students through the process of making monoprints, hand stencils, and photographic images. We’ll learn a variety of ways to plan and print a multicolor project. Students will combine everything they learn to create one independent multicolor print by the end of the class. We’ve been drawing with needles, painting with asphaltum, and we forgot about the simple pleasures of a pencil on paper. Form and contour escaped us somewhere between applying hard ground, and step etching our plate. And we recently thought, "Wouldn’t it be great to have a good, old-fashioned drawing class?"
