Unpaid Internship at commercial West Loop Gallery

2 days a week. 

Duties include:

-Answering the phone and sitting at the front desk (and being friendly to visitors)

-Organizing and sending out mailings. 

-Light design work (should know most Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Indesign especially).

-Website updates (will learn indexhibit)

-Light cleaning. 

-Data entry (will learn to use art inventory program ASX)

-Preparing artwork for shipping

-Business casual dress

Qualifications and Application Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: 

We are looking for someone who is:

-Interested in contemporary art and learning about commercial galleries

-Organized and punctual

-Friendly

-Able to work 2 days a week
