Looking for artist(s) to share my studio space in NW Chicago burbs

I run a small letterpress printing studio in a gorgeous, natural light filled space but my studio mate is moving out and I would like to find a replacement.  You do not need to be a printmaker, but some sort of artist or designer would be great.

The space is just over 1000 sq ft and includes a small store room and a private restroom.  Currently the space is used primarily as a paper arts studio and we even had a small retail space, classroom area, and client meeting area (I do a lot of custom work).  I am up for reworking the space to be 100% studio space or even include the classroom or maybe a small gallery.  I am up for anything.

I would like to find someone(s) who enjoy a collaborative environment.  I love sharing ideas and getting inspired by others as well.

Price depends on number of people I find to share.  The space would work great for 2-3 people and rent would then be about $350-500 a month.  Electricity is extra.
