30 DayIf you are looking for a studio space, we are looking for a third artist to share our Gold Coast studio with. The space is about 600 square feet - split three ways (so about 200 square feet each). The cost is $335 per person per month. This is perfect for someone who is not working too large scale since obviously space is limited. I am one of the artists (hardly there.. maybe a few times a month if that lately!).. The other artist is a jewelry designer.
<p> Note that this is only a work space (this is not for living in), although the studio is situated in a residential condo building. With that said, there are some perks, like 24 hour doorman, workout room, sauna and rooftop pool.
