Roommate Needed, Artists?

My current roommate moved out so I have a nice room open in my place. I live in Ukranian Village, which is a 10 minute walk to the Green Line, 2 block walk to the Chicago Avenue bus. (Erie Street and Wood Street are the cross streets). The place is 2 bedroom, on the 3rd floor, month-to-month lease, at $400 a month/$60 utilities. There is a big garden, a composter i just built, a fire pit!,  laundry in the basement, ample street parking, and internet that you can steal. I am a 27 year-old artist, I work at an arts center as head of educational programming and at a thai restaurant a couple nights of week. I also run a small gallery with my friends. I am a vegetarian, I have a 9 year old beagle (who sleeps about 22 hours a day), I hang out but really dont stay up too late, I have a record player, I'm from Wisconsin.
