We offer spaces (on 2 floors) for creatives from $200 per month and up. All studios include full use of over 2000 sq. ft. of community space: including a lounge with microwave and mini-fridge, bathrooms, freight elevator, free wireless, utilities included and more. Also, our studio spaces are accessible 24/7: perfect for night owl creatives. FYI - our spaces tend to lend themselves to the visual arts as most of our members are painters, illustrators, and designers. Disciplines such as music (i.e. bands, djs, audio artists), welders, and/or anything else that might be noisy or dangerous might not be a good fit - sorry. Contact us to learn more and set up a tour.
