Professional artist studio is currently looking for a part-time administrative and marketing assistant. We're looking for an extremely hard-working individual not afraid to jump in, take initiative, and manage a variety of tasks, from mundane data entry to more interesting long-term marketing initiatives. Personality is key as we will be working together in a small office space. Must have above-average experience with PCs including Microsoft Office programs and as well as some experience with Adobe Photoshop. Communication and organizational skills, internet research abilities, familiarity with art/design/sustainability blogs and Etsy, background in media/PR work, and overall professional demeanor and attention to detail will all be considered.
This is not a straightforward receptionist or entry-level marketing position. Those looking for a short-term job in between jobs, careers, or school please do not apply. We will expect a high-level of accountability, self-direction, and versatility.
