Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Establish, implement and monitor program goals, objectives and budgets for art programs including adult art, kids art and family art
B. Develop, implement and monitor client registration process
C. Plan, organize and implement program evaluation and outcome measurement tools that ensure program effectiveness
D. Establish, maintain and analyze accurate and relevant program statistics including service statistics and participant data
E. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with community organizations
F. Supervise staff, independent contractors and volunteers and be responsible for daily personnel issues including scheduling, training, development, appreciation and recognition.
G. Assist in the fund development process
Requirements include:
Bachelors degree with emphasis in the arts from an accredited university or college
3 years experience working in design and delivery of art programs
Computer literate: Proficient in Word, Excel and Internet.
Experience in managing a budget
Commitment to PRC's mission, values, grassroots structure
Passionate about providing art in a not-for-profit social service organization
Must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, good judgment and commitment to teamwork.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of age and ability levels of children, adults and art instructors
Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle
