The communal space that just opened is in our regular
shop. The entire shop area is available for use. There
are lockers available for storage of personal tools-
The area that became available is about 15 ft wide,
and the way we work it is that you use the adjoining
space when you are working, and when you are not, we
ask that everything stay relatively contained so that
others have an opportunity to use as much space as
they need as well-
It has worked out very nicely in the past.
The best thing to do is to come in and take a look at
the space.
The rent is $150 per month, and that is office hour
access- to become a key holder you would have to
submit an additional security deposit (the regular
deposit for the non-key holder status is $150/one
months rent).
