C4, a behavioral health and social service provider, offers quality, comprehensive services tailored to the cultural and economic diversity of its clients, including Expressive Arts Therapy.

Little City provides educational and cultural programming for developmentally disabled artists. Programs include the Media Arts Center that provides equipment and support for emerging artists, workshops and artist residencies.

The mission is to empower adults with mental illness to recognize and achieve their biggest dreams and greatest potential and disarm stigma, generate awareness, and stimulate dialogue.

Artists from different disciplines work with hospitalized children in a residency situation.
