The Black Women Playwright's Group (BWPG) will hold its first national conference, Whisper. Laugh. Shout. Tell the Story: 1st National Meeting for Women of Color Writing Drama. This event will be held at Loyola University Chicago's Mundelein Center , from September 4-7, 2008. A staged reading will feature recent work from playwrights Lynn Nottage, Nambi E.
