Dance Company Administrator (Philadelphia)

 


Leah Stein Dance Company (LSDC) seeks part-time administrator. Must be organized, efficient with attention to detail to perform general administrative duties for the artistic and executive director of LSDC (Leah Stein).

The office assistant position is 5-10 hours/week, with some intense periods requiring additional time. Compensation is $15/hr. Some duties can be performed off-site although once a week visits to Mt Airy office will be necessary.

 

 

Qualifications and Application Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Quickbooks data entry and management
- Update and maintain website
- grant processing and recordkeeping (grant writing not necessary)
- maintain files
- help organize events for LSDC
- purchase office supplies
- assist in procuring studio space for rehearsals
- other duties as necessary

Knowledge of Quickbooks and basic HTML is helpful. Access to a car is useful.
