conditions: open for everybody who has a passion for intensive body work
Content : release exercises, influenced by Noguchi Gymnastics, Yoga, Tai Chi, dynamic training for the energy flow, Butoh-related work (sensitization, combination of image and movement ), structured improvisation
Everyday 5 - 6 hours of body works
(half in the morning, half in the afternoon)
sometimes an open - air class according to the weather.
The main focus of this workshop is a conscious research of our body/mind,
so that we can enjoy the process of metamorphosis through dance.
In the end, you have an opportunity to make a short presentation in public.
