HSD 2008 Summer Dance Intensive

Dances' Summer Intensive is an opportunity to build technical strength
and develop body awareness while immersing oneself in Hedwig's
contemporary movement style.The classes emphasize breath, dynamic
alignment, musicality and the use of weight/momentum. The intensive
includes daily classes in modern technique, repertoire
and improvisation/composition, plus brown bag discussions with Chicago
choreographrs. The intensive is open to intermediate, advanced and
professional dancers. Minimum age: 18 years
