Fans of the Auditorium Theatre’s popular Too Hot to Handel: The Jazz-Gospel Messiah will recognize the standout talents of pianist Alvin Waddles and bassist Marion Hayden. The duo will bring the On Stage With… series to a thrilling climax with Fats Waller Revue, a special evening that pays tribute to the infectious melodies, wit, whimsy and wonderful legacy of the legendary Fats Waller. Rounded out by Detroit jazz luminaries Charlie Gabriel and Alex Trajano, this exuberant quartet will capture the spontaneous mirth and magic of favorites such as “Ain't Misbehavin’,” “Two Sleepy People” and “Your Feet's Too Big.”
