Proposals are now being accepted for the 2008/09 season of Dance Conversations @ The Flea, a free monthly series at The Flea Theater, curated by Nina Winthrop and Taimi Strehlow. Dance Conversations @ the Flea features works in progress by emerging and mid-career choreographers, followed by an open discussion between the artists and the audience, moderated by choreographer Nina Winthrop and special guests. Each evening, four choreographers will have the opportunity to share 10-15 minutes of work.
Dance Conversations @ the Flea encourages the development of innovative work and ideas and promotes provocative and intimate dialogue between artists and audiences.
