Artists interested in showing work at A\V may submit proposals. There is a subsidized rental cost of $100/week and a 10% commission on all sales. Artists should anticipate other expenses such as postcards, postage, and reception costs.

Aaron Davis Hall has theatres, black boxes, and studios as well as spaces suitable for art installations.

Backroom, second floor, and main hall spaces rent for day rates ranging from $15 to $35 per hour. Evening rates are for a block of time from 6pm to 4pm, and vary depending on the night of the week. The Circle at the American Indian Community House is a versatile 1500 square foot space used for performances, readings, workshops, classes, lectures, and social gatherings. There are four entrances to the space with a portable stage which allows for various configurations.

The Concert Halls at both the Brooklyn and Queens locations are available for rental. The rental cost for the Brooklyn hall is $200 per hour. The hall seats 105 people. Rental is subject to availability.
