ACCESS TO START-UP CAPITAL IS EASIER THAN YOU THINK!
Columbia College Chicago Arts, Entertainment & Media Management Department’s Ecenter* is offering “ECENTER LOAN APPLICATION DAY”
Local small businesses looking for funding, start-up, expansion, purchase additional inventory, or secure working capital can participate in a one-of-a-kind loan program developed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Loan proceeds must be used exclusively for business related purposes. The owners, partners and/or principals must be of good character.
Small business owners will be able to apply for business loans from $5,000 to $50,000 at the workshop with minimal paperwork. Business plan, collateral tax returns, financial statements are not required for application. Driver’s license photocopy, business checking account, social security number, federal tax ID, and good credit standing are required.
All owners of the business must be present to apply. A business check for documentation fees is required. The documentation fee is $475 for loans between $5K and$25K and $500 for loans between $35K and$50K. Personal checks will not be accepted. No fee will be charged for unapproved loan applications. Must be in business 2 years and provide prior quarter P & L for loans of $35,000 and more.
Ecenter Loan Application Day will be on February 16th, 2007 between 10 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at Columbia College Chicago, 600 S. Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL 60605, Room 401.
