The Old Town School of Folk Music seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate. Responsibilities include registering students, selling tickets to shows, answering incoming phone calls and providing information to visitors.
Qualifications and Application Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: 

Applicants must be friendly, articulate, detail-oriented and willing to pitch in where needed. 3 years customer service experience and computer skills are required. Must be able to play at least one instrument at an intermediate level. Bilingual Spanish skills highly desired. An interest in art, dance, theatre and education is helpful. Must be available weekdays in the daytime and on weekends.
