looking for a third roommate for renovated milk factory in the ukrainian village, move in oct 1st. $450/mth + utilities. please email me at jocelyn.kelvin@gmail.com the space is renovated enough that it has full kitchen, three bedrooms, and bathroom, but huge common space (garage door into living room) is ideal to be used for visual art / performance work space --- film, painting, dance [would co-invest in laying marley if 3rd roommate was interested], etc. lots of light. we use the space as a combination home/studio space and we're looking for a third who will do the same. more...

Our new venture will feature local artist wares (a large variety). We will be offering studio space within this establishment for artists. Our space features very large picture windows and great exposure for your art. We also have a small private area if you prefer your privacy. Each month will will feature local art at very reasonable prices. Our established art gallery next door already draws great crowds and we get great publicity for our events. Historic St Paul's will host multi-disciplinary events at 2215 W North Ave, just two blocks west of Milwaukee, North and Damen. The facility is a cultural center directed by artists to benefit the broader community. The Romanesque building offers a large open space, carved wood details, and seats an audience up to 200 in wood pews.
