Artist Studio to Share in Flat Iron Bldg, Wicker Park

I am a clay sculptor looking to share my studio space. I'm located in the Flat Iron Arts Building, at Milwaukee , North & Damen avenues, in Wicker Park, Chicago.  You can have approx 300 sq ft, I'm asking $475 a month.  Utilities are included. (Did I mention it's air conditioned, too?) It's a great space with an even greater location in the building, right near the main stairway and elevator on the second floor. It's easy to find and has the best foot traffic in the building.  Be advised, this is for artists only, not for live-ins or a place for just hanging out. Also, your art or craft must be compatable with mine, ie no sawdust, noxious fumes or welding. Space available immediately.
