Independent films are usually ignored by the media and that sucks! A new website is launching soon that will give passionate indie filmgoers with informed opinions a chance to be seen and heard by anyone with an internet connection.

We’re looking for a new generation of Siskels and Eberts with energy, personality and attitude to spare to headline the new site and re-energize the indie film community.

If you live in the Chicago metropolitan area and think you have what it takes, record an audition (review two films you’ve seen recently) at freegabmail.com and send your audition to indiefilm@gabsight.com. You’ll need a webcam to record with. Each recording can be up to 5 minutes in length. Send a separate ‘GabMail’ recording for each review. If you’re chosen as one your city’s digital indie film critics you’ll be paid $100 per month plus you’ll see all the free indie films you can handle!
