Chicago Filmmakers, a 35 year-old not-for-profit media arts organization in the Andersonville neighborhood, is looking for an experienced documentary filmmaker to teach a new 10-week documentary production class this summer beginning June 29th on Sundays. Media instructors with college-level teaching experience and/or significant industry experience in documentary production are invited to send in resumes and a letter of interest for consideration. Qualifications and Application Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: 

Must be able to guide a diverse group of adult learners as they begin to shoot documentary projects that they have already fully developed and researched. Proficiency in professional digital video and audio a must, 16 mm film proficiency is a plus. Teaching experience preferred but not necessary with accomplished documentary production resume.
