Seasonal Customer Service

Looking for some extra cash for the holidays? Advanced Resources is looking for individuals who can commute to the Northern suburbs for a full time, seasonal role (NOT CTA accessible). No Customer Service? No Problem! This is a great way to gain some office experience!

Job Description: Taking inbound calls for an online catalogue service, assisting customers through the buying process. No sales or cold calling!

This position will begin Monday, November 20th and go through December 15th. (They will NOT be open on Thanksgiving day) Hours will be various 8 hour shifts within the hours of 8am to 8pm, Sunday availability required. Pay starts at $11.50, but may be higher depending on experience

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Ability to follow directions and learn tasks quickly
  • Comfortable speaking over the phone
  • Previous call center or general customer service experience is a plus but not manditory
