Seeking Roommates for 4-Bedroom Apartment, Belmont and Kenmore

I am looking to renew my lease in a beautiful 4-bedroom apartment less than a block from the Belmont red and brown lines. The lease would be from May 2010-May 2011. I'll be a senior in the fall at SAIC and am seeking artists or students to live with for the year. Rent is $550 each per month, plus $50 for wireless internet, electric, and gas. Included are dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, back porch and backyard, and spacious living room with hard wood foors.
