Tell A Dance: A Movement Experiment

If you are available on Monday October 13th from 5 to 7 pm and are up for an experimental movement adventure, then keep reading.

I am a Chicago based choreographer and performer presenting at the next Dance Chance, sponsored by DanceWorks Chicago.  I am taking advantage of this valuable performance environment to try a more unconventional performance model....

If you say that you can do it, you will receive an email with a personalized set of instructions.  In the next few days,  a clip will be posted on You Tube for you to "rehearse".  The entire piece will be based off a solo by Lisa.  Lisa does not know who else is in the piece with her. This project will be constructed through verbal and visual communication but will never fully crystallize until the showing.

All I need from you is a "yes" and an email and phone number...then I'll see you on Monday.  In the meantime, you will get instructions.  

Meet new people, perform and move in a beautiful theatre, have a Monday night adventure.
