Resourceful Line with Diana Gabriel

Friday, July 20, 2018 (All day) to Saturday, July 21, 2018 (All day)

This multi-level workshop focuses on experimental approaches to drawing. Discover an appreciation of everyday objects for their linear quality and the possibilities for integrating them into your existing studio practice.

Exploration will range from using traditional media to collecting found drawing media on instructor led walks through the campus that illustrate the versatility of line in multiple dimensions. Lectures, demonstrations, and in-progress and final critiques will address developing a resourceful practice by reusing and responding to found materials.
