Membership in Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts entitles you to discounts on workshop fees, preschool, theatre and concert admissions, invitations to gallery openings and special events, rental privileges of the facility for private parties and receptions, use of studio spaces and all Arts Center mailings. Membership benefits start at the $35 level.

Backroom, second floor, and main hall spaces rent for day rates ranging from $15 to $35 per hour. Evening rates are for a block of time from 6pm to 4pm, and vary depending on the night of the week. Live/work space developments for artists in the Twin Cities area and in cities throughout the U.S. Artspace projects transform an unused or underutilized historic building into fully functioning facilities, creating affordable spaces for artists to live, work, exhibit, perform, and conduct business, and serve as catalysts for neighborhood revitalization.

Since 1995, chashama has taken advantage of large storefront windows that have been features of many of its properties; and used them to stage performances and present visual installations as expressions of public art. Tourists, residents and passersby view live performance and visual art displays from the streets and sidewalks.
