BallroomDance Chicago is excited to announce the opening of their new space forrehearsals, classes, informal showings, exhibitions, etc. at affordablerates. Located in Ravenswood/North Center, the studio is welcoming,clean, and spacious featuring hard wood floor, mirrors, exposed brick walls,high ceiling, big windows, and central heat/air. Renters also haveaccess to a CD player/sound system. Thestudio is easily accessed by public transportations and has ampleparking available.
The space is located at 4043 N Ravenswood, Suite.105.
Total Square Footage: 1000 Sq. feet
Rates:
Rehearsals: $12 to $15 per hour (depending on frequency)
Classes/ Workshops: $20 per hour
Showings/Benefits/Seminars/Others: TBD
Availability:
Monday thru Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. (evenings may be available for events)
Saturday, 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

What is Ballroom Dance Chicago?
BallroomDance Chicago was established by Matthew Sove and Szewai Lee in 2007 inorder to promote social dance. BDC has recently expanded and will notonly support the social dance community, but also the arts community ingeneral; BDC now hopes to attract artists of diverse mediums byoffering a spacious, easily accessible studio at affordable rates.
