Hula Hoop Classes in September

Like round things? Enjoy gyrations? Bored with summer? Really, you don't need a reason to get spinny! Come to Aloft on Mondays and take Hula Hoops with the amazing Dizzy Lizzy freshly back inthe country from her Australian exile, she's the best hooper in all the land. Then, stick around for a 4-week lyra workshop with Shayna, teaching the apparatus she studied at circus school. Come get dizzy in September!

(Please note that this is a "circus" hooping class. This class does not use oversized, weighted hoops.)

Aerial Hoop/Lyra Workshop
Mondays, Sept-8-29, 7:30-9
$100/entire workshop. Class cards not eligible for this workshop. All levels welcome. Space limited. Sign up by email.
