technical modern dance with eastern principals of yoga—to help dancers
sing dynamically with their bodies and increase their conscious
dancing. Live accompaniment by Barry Bennett, CMC
composer-in-residence.

Tai Chi Chaun
Adults – Tai Chi Chaun is a subtle and complex system of movement--the
culmination of over 4000 years of Chinese culture. Slow, rhythmic
movement focuses the mind, purges the body of chronic tension, and
returns the skeletal structure and organs to their natural alignment.
The immune system is enhanced and muscle strength is reintegrated while
relieving and increasing ones reslience to stress.
