BLACK CINEMA HOUSE - OPEN CALL FOR SHORT / FEATURE FILMS (POOL)

Black Cinema House features weekly film screenings from local, national and international artists of the African Diaspora - every Friday at 7pm, currently held at the Dorchester Art and Housing Collaborative (1456 E. 70th).

Works can be of any length (short or feature), style and genre - music video, documentary, fiction, etc! Films with a focus on Black / African diasporic history will be particularly considered for February’s Black History Month programming; films made by women - identified artists will be especially considered for March, in recognition of Women’s History Month.

* All submitted work will have the opportunity to be considered for future screenings! Deadline for the themed February and March screenings are the following, respectively:

- February 5th (EXTENDED DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 9th)
- February 26th

Submitted works will remain private, circulated among Black Cinema House programmers only. Common file formats such as .mov and .mp4 are preferred.
